Bodywork realigning your horse's physical structure for more power, efficiency, grace and speed, making a happier horse.
About Margaret Henkels, Equine Natural Movement Practitioner

Margaret has been involved with horses for most of her life. She rode as a child in Pennsylvania and bought her first horse in college. In 2003, she rode the Connemara Trail & Coast Trail in Ireland with the Willie Leahy tour. She studies dressage. Her education is a BA in Journalism and work experiences include the newspaper industry, owning an art gallery and fine art. Margaret’s best friend is her Spanish Barb mare Kleka, purchased at age two, who is now an active 35 years old.

A desire to completely heal long-term personal injuries introduced Margaret to Heller work and structural integration. When her own injuries were resolved with her first Heller work series, she was inspired to enter the bodywork field. Each horse continues the fulfilling work of healing horses.

A certified Equine Natural Movement practitioner, Margaret offers a wide range of experience in helping horses of all kinds, ages and disciplines.

Currently a resident of New Mexico, she is also available for out-of-state or country work.
